I created this smoothie when I felt a cold coming on, when it was more important than ever to pack on the nutrients. This green machine smoothie did just that! The ingredients really slam dunk the fiber and vitamin C 💪🏼
Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup ice
• 1 kiwi
• 1 banana
• 3/4 cup frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries)
• Handful of spinach
• 2 tbls. flax meal
• 1/2 scoop plant protein powder
• 3 tbls. lemon juice
Directions:
1. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
